Hello and welcome to Dot’s Behavior Consulting! My name is Mikhail Ignatov, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Maryland and Virginia. I started Dot’s Behavior Consulting with a simple goal: to create a small, family-centered practice where families and children feel truly supported, and where compassion and quality come first.

At Dot’s, we provide high-quality, in-home ABA services for children aged 1.5 to 12 years with autism and related disorders. Based in the Rockville and Bethesda areas, our mission is to deliver personalized, trauma-informed care that empowers children to thrive and supports families every step of the way.

As a small and growing practice, I take pride in building a nurturing environment not only for the families we serve but also for the dedicated behavior technicians who join us. My goal is to ensure that everyone involved in Dot’s feels valued, supported, and inspired to make meaningful changes in the lives of children and families.
